Unlimited carries the highest quality
products and offers the highest level of
service possible. We want you to be
completely satisfied with your purchases.
However, if you should have to return or
exchange an item, please follow our return
policy.
* If you are dissatisfied
in any way with your purchase from PAC-U.com,
you have 7 days from the day of merchandise
receipt to return it for a credit or
exchange.
* No cash/credit refunds
or exchanges after 7 days of receipt of
merchandise. No refunds or exchanges on
special orders. All special orders are
FINAL.
* All merchandise MUST be
in its original, new condition. Worn or used
merchandise will not be accepted for
exchange or refund. Which means NO LIBAG on
the shirt collar!
* PAC-U.com does not
refund shipping charges on returned items.
* PAC-U.com does not pay
for or refund shipping charges on item(s)
returned for exchange. PAC-U.com WILL ship
the exchanged item(s) back to the customer
free of charge. However, if you return an
item more than once for exchange, you will
be charged for shipping and handling.
* It is the customer’s
responsibility to ship an item back to PAC-U.com
for return or exchange.
Please allow 7-10
business days to process exchanges (not
including shipping time). Please allow three
weeks to process returns.
If a mistake was made on
our part, we will pay up to $5.00 return
shipping. For customer mistakes (wrong size
ordered, wrong color ordered, etc.),
customer must pay for return shipping.
